Delivery, returns and orders
Most orders arrive in 7 to 12 working days. Delivery is free and tracked, and the tracking link reaches your inbox when the parcel leaves.

Yes. The price on the page is the price you pay, VAT included, with no import charges at the door.
Tell us within 14 days of delivery through the contact page. We reply with the return address, and you have a further 14 days to send it.
If the piece is faulty or not what you ordered, we do. Otherwise the return postage is yours, and we refund the price and the original delivery cost within 14 days of receiving it back.
Check the tracking link in your dispatch email first. If it hasn’t moved for five working days, write to us with your order number and we’ll chase it.
