Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom, including the Highlands and Islands and Northern Ireland. We don’t deliver to BFPO addresses or outside the UK for now.

How it ships

Each piece is sent directly from the workshop that makes it, most of them in China. Nothing waits in a warehouse in between. Orders are usually packed and sent within 3 working days.

How long it takes

Most orders arrive in 7 to 12 working days from the day you order. Some addresses in the Highlands, the islands and Northern Ireland can take a few days longer. If you order more than one piece, they may arrive in separate parcels on different days.

Tracking

Every parcel is tracked. The tracking link arrives by email as soon as the parcel leaves the workshop. You can also see it from your account.

Cost

Delivery within the UK is free.

VAT and import charges

Our prices include UK VAT. You won’t be asked to pay VAT, duty or a handling fee when the parcel arrives. If a courier ever asks you for one, write to us before paying and we’ll sort it out.

If a parcel doesn’t arrive

If tracking hasn’t moved for five working days, or your parcel hasn’t arrived 20 working days after you ordered, write to us with your order number. We’ll chase it, and if it is lost we’ll send a replacement or refund you in full.
